About
Allan’s Hands and Hearts Guyana Foundation was established by Anthony and Andrea Archer because they wanted to give back to their communities. Since 2010, Anthony and Andrea have been providing for visitors and accompanying them throughout Guyana, both to learn and to help them extend their services to the Guyanese community. In addition to volunteer work, Anthony and Andrea enable participants to experience Guyanese culture by visiting historical sites, local attractions and arranging meetings with government officials.

Mission Statement
Through an enriching and culturally-immersive experience in vibrant Guyana, Allan’s Hands and Hearts Guyana Foundation aims to “put a smile on every face.” Co-founders Andrea and Anthony Archer offer unique travel and hospitality services for groups in the heart of Georgetown that are all-inclusive, safe, and affordable. If desired, visits in indigenous communities within the rain forest Interior are also arranged in full.
Coordinated by AHHGF, volunters are given the opportunity to work with a number of people in communities that are often marginalized. Some of the sites participants will visit include geriatric institutions, public and private children’s orphanages, hospitals, and rehabilitation centers. Both the visiting groups and the individuals at participating sites benefit from these interactions; the young people at the children's homes are always excited to meet new friends and playmates, and many of the older folks enjoy a companion for a chat or a rousing game of dominos!
