Our Team
Devon Adrian
A permanent and key member of our security team is Devon Adrian. Devon is the observant and quiet younger brother of Andrea Archer, and has been an official part of our team since 2014.
His time spent in the interior, both in his childhood and as a gold miner, gives Devon a number of important skills that make him a valuable asset to our team. Responsible, determined and alert, Devon knows when someone needs help and is quick to suggest a different approach or to offer advice. His modest demeanor and ability to stay in the background provide a layer of support that often go unnoticed by most.
Not only is Devon a great security team member, he is also a good friend. Once he warms up to someone, Devon is quick with a joke or a small smile. Past participants have described Devon as being a "calming presence, and a devoted friend."

Reon Kumar

A Constable Officer for the Guyanese Police Force, Reon Kumar is an indispensable member of the team. His police training combined with his quiet yet outgoing personality make him both a reliable and pleasant person to be around.
Reon is always smiling, and his quiet sense of humor will have you laughing along with him. He is also very accomodating, ready to offer you help at any time or to accompany you outside to take in the beautiful night sky. Reon's youthful appearance can be misleading: he may be unassuming and comical, but he lets nothing go unnoticed.

If you do venture into the Interior, do not be suprised if he is the first person to jump off a bridge into the river or to climb a coconut tree. Reon is ofte described as, "supportive, attentive and cooperative."
